Enter the Fenland Poet Laureate Competition 2015!

Could you be the next Fenland Poet Laureate? Write a poem inspired by the Fens, and you could be in with a chance of becoming Fenland Poet Laureate 2015!

ADeC and Atelier East – working in partnership with Fen Speak and the Wisbech & Fenland Museum – are proud to announce the Fenland Poet Laureate poetry competition for 2015!

This is a chance for all writers from across the Fens to come together and share their poetry and help put Fenland on the creative map! And best of all, it's free to enter the competition!

Categories : Young (10-17) and Adult (18+). Deadline for Entries: midnight on Friday 30th January 2015

History Rising Bake - A - Cake competition

Calling all cake makers and sugar crafters!

Be inspired by the amazing displays and objects at 

Wisbech & Fenland Museum and make a cake.

History Rising is an art project by Dutch artist Marjolijn Dijkman. Marjolijn will be installing specially made sculptures in the Hudson Room at Wisbech & Fenland Museum from 1 November to 5 January 2014.
